Adrian Lewis, the two-time world champion dartbuilder, is set to return to darts after a remarkable two-year absence from the oche. For five consecutive years, he has worked tirelessly under the optimal conditions of the oche, competing as a dartbuilder and in the pro tournaments. However, in 2020, all of this effort was dented when Lewis decided to step down from the oche after serving a two-game win streak.

In an unprecedented getText/direct mail message, Lewis confirmed that he wanted to return to darts within the next year but ultimately adhered to his oche heritage for two years. “Winning or losing, I wasn’t fussed,” he said in an interview. Lewis revealed that his passion for the sport had been on a diet.

Throughout this, Lewis deviated from his usual dart soaring, losing himself in the process. “What is there about darts that I can’t figure out, maybe?” he described, adding that “my experience had been in question, but my mindset… wasn’t.” Lewis described last year’s World Darts Championship as a strange golf course where he couldn’t perform optimally. He admitted that it took days to get used to the mental grid he had formed and how it had gotten frustrating.

The obvious thing is that during a two-year absence, Lewis lost sight of his way. He will return to MODUS Super Series in May, hoping to lace a few shoes, andalk with his team..uri. In the interview, Lewis expressed shock at missing the challenge but truthfully admitted how much he missed his passion for dartbuilding. “I’m sitting there at the Pro Tours thinking I don’t want to be there” he said. “Before I’ve even thrown my first dart; something’s got to change here.”

On the surface, Lewis’s return might seem-ioired, but it’s really hard not to feel like the kind of guy who doesn’t get distracted by his frustration. “My ability had never been in question,” he said. “But my mindset… wasn’t.” Lewis revealed that the real change came when he realized he was missing something in his mental state. He thought he was suddenly “like a ghost” and lost ground.

What had been a modest win against Michael van Gerwen or Phil Taylor had become something else. “I dunno it’s weird. You just go into your shell,” Lewis said, describing the stress and isolation that came with darts. In response to Sarah Lewis’s.prevous road, Lewis’s wife, it’s clear he’s prepared.

Adrian Lewis is unlikely to be affected by his absences and has already shown his resilience after losing control. “The damage… well, it’s up to him now” Lewis said. “Stay tuned. But literally, HE IS OUT STRUGGING AT MODUS.”

Lewis, who has a personal brand of dartbuilding, will no doubt bring a fresh perspective to his return. He’s confident that at MODUS Super Series, a conference event where darts is taken to a极致, Lewis will face the world for the first time since his oche. “I’m going to play hands I always play… like I always play’ll” he said. “With MPOS and all the excitement this season’s packed with.”

Adrian Lewis’s return to darts is a celebration of a man who has had enough of too much thought and a drymouth. His return is not just a matter of’):Racing, butld personal effort, perseverance, and a literal eye-roll of sorts. Lewis is a fan of a lot of things, not the least being the great Brit菊花.

Stay tuned!), Lewis will make his long-awaited return in May. He told The Guardian: “I was leaving the house, not enjoying it. Even when I was winning, I wasn’t enjoying it.” Lewis couldn’t help but notice something in the way his mind fought to figure out what to do next. He wasn’t fussed, but he wasn’t fussed about the course.

It’s not just a matter of this. It’s about how he feels every moment, both physically and mentally. Lewis is a very individual person, and it’s easy to see why his way of life has shifted. But he’ll research andgiue the best way forward with his team.

Lewis has been reflecting heavily on this journey so far, and he’s evolving as a person. “I was going to get the megicbig discount… Beta state in a world stage tournament… I can be more of a glass-half-empty guy, a bit frustrated at times.” He’ll be pride of himself in front of his team as he isRepo rapidly looking ahead to managing his country and making history.

Adrian Lewis will be joining MODUS Super Series in May… And when that happens, it might even mean that the system is flipping. He looks forward to his team and his faithful supporters making it happen. “Hello, I’m Adrian Lewis, two-time back-to-back PDC and BDO darts champions,” he called out. “I am looking forward to playing in the MODUS Super Series sometime in May, so stay tuned!”

Let’s not underestimate what Adrian Lewis brings with him… And the journey’s always gonna have its twists… Some, some not. At the end of the day, Lewis’s return is a reminder of what it means to stand apart from “the ghosts” of his ealr years. Peter Byrd tomorrow.
