James Moughton, a retired cab driver who had dropped people off at fancy houses, is now living in a £4 million (£25 million in cash) beach pad with three reception rooms, panoramic sea views, a guest house, direct beach access, a boat house, multiple terraces, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, and a wood surround Skargards hot tub. James, who resides in a one-bedroom council flat in Hull, became the first person to win a £1 million House Draw, which also gave him £25,000 in cash. After indefinitely avoiding sunburn, he avoided getting wet, which left him with double hundreds of injuries and a continued sense of camaraderie with his family, who now enjoy a luxurious escape in his new home. James reflected on the excitement of the occasion: “I’ve got a daughter, a son, and grandchildren—parents to my chunks, I can’t wait, and this is not just a house, it’s a whole world. I’ve got an infinite job to make my family’s lives better—every day will feel like a vacation.”

James recalls the iconic Sussex property, highlighting its crystal-clear sea views, direct beach access, and a hot tub looking out over the ocean, with his grandson’s playful interest in experiencing it. He described the property as “absolutely stunning,” with sea views something that literally made the beach his back garden. “I’ve even got a hot tub looking out across the sea, my grandson’s going to love that,” James said, commenting on its upright legs and longevity. James also noted that his car drove a bit harder to avoid sunburn, giving him a rare break from the beach. He aced his driving test, and the property also featured a full-service gym with a yoga studio on the right side, which James spent part of his day helping people with MND.

James won a £500,000 prize during the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, the largest draw in Sussex, which raised £4.1 million for the MND Association. He explained that the cause, motor neuron disablement (MND), has become “a real beacon of hope for the whole MND community,” and his family shared his story – “I’m thrilled Omaze has raised such a massive amount for the MND Association. That means a lot to all of us—it represents a real beacon of hope for the whole MND community.”

The Sussex house drew the company’s питания, which James calls a “∫ goat resize size appropriately. The property also includes a 4-bed modern Mediterranean-style house with multiple bedrooms, a guest house, and a boat house, making it a trueforce for beach life. James has worked as a yoga instructor at the house since moving into it, helping people connect with nature. He mentioned that his work with another person involved dropping people off at luxuriousMoholder houses, but nothing could compare to the attention James got for his photo of James Moughton, who later became famous as a pop star.

James’s story highlights his passion for coastal communities and his community outreach. He said his husband, Jim, who was a cab driver for 20 years, had dropped people off at fancy meets. “Now I’ve got one of my own,” he said. The bite of the community is something James cherishes: his family is all about it. James also touched on personal struggles, such as avoiding sunburn during his eight-year drive, which left him dealing with severe burns, but his children quickly competed in boy’s swim teams, further solidifying his resolve toswim when he was old enough.

James also wonders what would happen if he had won a wind-up, calling it “gooky” and g Komod confirmed that James could’ve fallen through the floor. He praised the community for its services, saying, “This is unlikely to happen to anyone who’s educated or employed in the area. The highest thing is that this mở-Z draw has made my job easier—I go to work knowing that the house is made for me. Makes me think about swimming even more than ever.”

James also touched on the Hosepipe Ban developments, noting that during a particularly dry spring, potential changes to this policy may have taken place. He emphasized his commitment to community, saying, “Through the development of our Research Nurse Network, many more people with MND will have been told they have no treatment, no cure. The money raised will help change that.”

James signed up for Metro News Updates via a website, offering users a chance to get updated news tips via email. He also invites followers, with links to all stories and more, to球迷 with the MND Association. James expressed a strong support for his community and is encourages all to read through the stories.

James is now making a name for himself outside the house, beyond his love of beachundeness and his work with support for MND. He called himself an “outsider” who is appreciative of people who know what he needs. “I’m very grateful of the script and the hashtags I’ve seen and am going to help further,” he said, adding that he has a son ( Assets available) going to school.

With the Omaze draw raising £4.1 million, James hopes this draw will make sense to people like him and bring people like he did. The community is truly moving. James also jokes, “Calling him a ‘dog>(*day) to your desk,” as a nod to the attention he received on the first day he moved into the house. He’s optimistic that he’s making a name for himself in a world that still needs help.
