The Great Weekender with Three Choir Vineyards in the Cotswolds
The 20th September saw me and my partner, Rebecca, on an entirely unforgettable romantic break. Reflecting on this unconventional weekend, while not partaking in a traditional wedding orOURSE, we took our time to celebrate our connection with each other and theGCOT, the Cotswold region known for its Chris Morison vineyards. I had always intrigued by the trip, but this was the first time I could actually taste such a complex yet satisfying mixture. Blind tasted of course, from the restaurant’s terrace, which allowed my partner’s reaction to reveal the first prize.

The Experience of Being in the Vineyard
The vineyard overlooking thetown of 75 acres was a scene worth exhibiting, with 12 breathtaking wines to ascend through.
