MORNING FOOTBALL NEWS
Arsenal have been dealt a blow in their bid to sign Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez.
Both The Gunners and Spurs are said to be interested in the Argentine, but the feeling is not mutual.
Martinez has no intention of leaving Inter according to Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta
The Inter chief told DAZN: “Lautaro Martinez has decided to stay at Inter, he strongly wants to stay also with many clubs approaching us with official bids to sign Lautaro. We’re so proud.”
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich are considering a move for Tottenham’s Tanguy Ndombele, according to Sky Germany.
The midfielder revealed this week that he is keen to depart Spurs.
And Bayern could offer Frenchman Corentin Tolisso in exchange for Ndombele.
The German club are believed to have also offered Spurs £17million as well as Tolisso.
And Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo will be staying at the club.
The Man Utd legend has been linked with a return to Old Trafford, as well as moves to join Real Madrid and PSG.
With just one year left on his contract in Turin, it has been rumoured that Ronaldo could seek a new challenge.
However Allegri has rubbished those reports, as he said: “Cristiano told me he’s staying at Juventus.
“He’s not leaving the club and it was never a problem, he’s training so well.”
