Economic Crisis and Spending Review
Last year, Rachel Reeves’s massive spending review revealed a regAcceleration in the economy, but it was a waste of$1.13 billion in capital projects and attempts to ease the severe financial holes caused by the pandemic. She listed nearly £3.7 billion in savings for pensioners and an additional £113 billion in a spending plan, which would have been crucial for addressing a growing myth of “enough” money for the NHS andKit.co.

A year later, the government is more severely struggling with its budget.
