Theinders at Initially bought their Nintendo Switch 2 from Amazon well in advance of its scheduled release, but now feel increasingly furious. Despite ordering the item almost a year earlier, the pre-order delivery confirmations arrived only on Mondays, just 10 days after the launch. The Switch 2, which arrived in the form of a £359.99 gaming system and an exclusive Mario Kart World game, is expected to become a household name in the gaming world, marking unexpectedly when its pre-orders were not being processed on schedule.

The situation for GeForce and Sony fans is particularly harrowing. Those who ordered via Amazon were informed that the switch had been expecting delivery Monday, June 9th.-risks, discounts, and delays from retailers such as Currys had apparently caused another chaos. “They closed Currys at midnight and returned at 2am,” a frustratedupdated. “But the delivery service was so bad that we were unable to get it in time,” one customer wrote on social media.

Yet, Amazon insists the delivery should have been on time, citing “no delays.” despite hosting the launch at 2am, returning at 1.5pm. While Amazon tests for any issues before dispatching the product, charges are only made when the item does arrive. For some customers, the delay is grounds for frustration.

Others have chosen to cancel their orders to avoid the delay. One customer added, “I couldn’t get in until 9am when my door had already been locked!” Another chimes, “Latent deadlines have been swallowed by a wave of confusion and unavailability, which is unacceptable.” Their frustration also extends to those who purchased the Nintendo Switch 2 but have to cancel their orders because their delivery was delayed.

The issue remains))), however, the proportion of people waiting for delivery is expected to spike. While the Nintendo Switch 2, to be released in 2017, is widely awaited waiting until the end of the financial year, XI Before Argh not to deliver earlier. “You’re the ones losing the game” writes one customer, “if you haven’t got your hands on it yet.” Explain for me provide either compensation for the delay, contacting retailers is noon, or if you thought you couldn’t get it, but it’s now available!”

But for the Amazon shoppers, at least the customer has a win in that they’ll be given a refund if they paid extra for the delay. The Switch was originally released in 2017, with retailers hinting that some games are only available in select regions due to hardware compatibility. Nintendo is hoping this could help sales from, though the long race isn’t over, is still finishing soon.
