The VH1 reality show Mob Wives, airing from 2011 to 2016, offered a glimpse into the lives of women connected to organized crime on Staten Island. The series concluded following the death of Angela "Big Ang" Raiola from lung cancer, prompting the remaining cast members to pursue new endeavors. Raiola, niece of mobster Salvatore Lombardi, had a colorful past involving relationships with gangsters and a lavish lifestyle before marrying film producer Neil Murphy. Her passing marked a turning point for the show and its stars.

Karen Gravano, daughter of Gambino crime family underboss Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, has remained in the public eye. Following Mob Wives, she appeared on WEtv’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars with her then-boyfriend, Giovan, before their relationship ended. Gravano later became involved with Xavier Williams, who is serving a life sentence for drug possession. She continues to capitalize on her family history, appearing on MTV’s Families of the Mafia alongside her daughter and father, who was released from prison in 2017. Gravano is an executive producer on the show and hosts a crime-focused podcast, The Sitdown. Her entrepreneurial ventures include co-owning the mob-themed Pizza Nostra restaurant in New Jersey. Furthermore, she authored the New York Times bestseller Mob Daughter: The Mafia, Sammy ‘The Bull’ Gravano, and Me.

Carla Facciolo, daughter of Gambino crime family associate Louis Facciolo, has embarked on various business ventures. She launched Carla Faccio Soap, a line of health and beauty products, and her own Prosecco brand. This single mother of two has also expressed interest in publishing an Italian cookbook. Facciolo remains active on social media, sharing aspects of her personal life with fans.

Drita D’Avanzo, wife of Colombo crime family member Lee D’Avanzo, has faced both renewed media attention and legal challenges since Mob Wives ended. She participated in VH1’s Scared Famous for charity and launched a music career under the name Lady Boss, releasing the single "Slap a B****" and featuring in a tribute song to Big Ang. However, in 2019, Drita and her husband were arrested on drug and firearms charges. While the charges against Drita were dropped, Lee was sentenced to prison. More recently, Drita revealed that she and Lee are separated and pursuing a divorce. She continues to work as a makeup artist and owns the Lady Boss beauty store, with reports suggesting she is developing a scripted series about her life.

Natalie Guerico, who claims to be a cousin of former Philadelphia crime family boss Joseph Salvatore Merlino, has pursued several career paths. She founded Natalie Elise Beauty, a cruelty-free cosmetics line, and ventured into acting with a role in the Amazon Prime series Gravesend. Guerico also works as a mixologist and VIP host at the E11even nightclub in Miami. She was last reported to be in a relationship with London Rene, who survived a violent nightclub attack.

Renee Graziano, daughter of former Bonanno crime family member Anthony Graziano, has remained active since Mob Wives. She appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK, finishing in third place. Graziano has publicly battled substance abuse and depression, seeking treatment in rehab both during and after the show. Becoming a grandmother brought a sense of peace and gratitude, and she has since welcomed three more grandchildren. She appeared in Fuhgeddabout Christmas alongside Real Housewives star Teresa Giudice. Graziano faced a DUI charge in 2022 after a car accident and recently celebrated nine months of sobriety after multiple relapses.

Finally, Natalie DiDonato, a fitness influencer, actress, and model who appeared in the fifth season of Mob Wives, was reported missing in early 2025. Concerns arose after she missed two flights home to Florida from Philadelphia. Her last contact with family was a "distressed" FaceTime call. A friend claimed to have heard from DiDonato in Las Vegas, where she reportedly sought money for a flight home. Fellow Mob Wives cast members have used social media to raise awareness and aid in the search for DiDonato, who is a cousin of deceased Philadelphia crime family member Frankie "Flowers" D’Alfonso.
