SCHOOL HOLIDAYS are well underway but there are still weeks left of the summer – plenty of time left to spruce up your garden.
Luckily, garden retailer Homebase has a huge summer sale on to kit you out – and some stock is reduced by 50%.
The sale includes outdoor tables, chairs, BBQs and storage boxes.
However, it’s only a bargain price if you pay the best price, so always make sure the item isn’t cheaper elsewhere before splashing the cash.
It’s also worth noting that you may need to pay for delivery charges, so be sure to factor these in.
We’ve rounded up some of our favourite items from the sale.
Eloise Bistro Set – Natural

If you love relaxing in the sun, we’ve got just the affordable fix.
This table and chair set comes in shades Natural and Black and you can order it with next day delivery – set to arrive by 4pm the following day.
But be careful – you can pick it up for free in stores but delivery, depending on where you live, will add a few extra pounds onto your order.

CleverSpa Cotswolds 4 Person Round Hot Tub
- Was: £390. Now: £225. Save: £165 – buy here
Available only in green, this hot tub could be a great rendition to your garden – and it comfortably fits four people.
It’s not available for delivery, though, so you’ll need to pick it up yourself.
It should only take five minutes to blow up – and it includes a space saving pump built in so you don’t need to do it yourself.
It also has 110 massaging jets.
But remember to look around in case there are cheaper ones – for example, B&Q sells a similar version for just £199, but it only fits three people.
Spirit Grey Metal Garden Corner Sofa Set
- Was: £1,100. Now: £550. Save: £550 – buy here
You might not get a better deal than this if you want a quirky new sofa set to impress your neighbours.
Down half price, it comes in both grey and navy, although the navy is currently out of stock online.
You might find it in stores, though, so we’d recommend calling your nearest one to find out.
Do keep in mind you might need to build it yourself, but it comes with light aluminium frames so it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.
Homebase currently aren’t delivering this item, but you check with your local store just to make sure.
Texas Franklin Charcoal BBQ
- Was: £180. Now: £126. Save: £54 – buy here
This gorgeous sizzler cooks for eight people – you’ll need to be quick, because it’s really popular with shoppers.
You’ll need to assemble it yourself.
Also do take into account delivery costs – you can ask for next day or standard, which will arrive within two days.
But it’s cost more if you live further away or if you need it by tomorrow.
