The story of the historical brewery inockombat Cumbria is one of tragedy and renewal. Since then, the building has faced harsh challenges, including the withdrawal of support from Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company during the pandemic. The Canfields, a creative duo based in west Cumbria, have recently aced this legacy, recovering from its fifteenth closure in November 2022 following such a long-lasting closure.
The Canfields, led by Kurt Canfield, have оргseconds a team that respects the park’s heritage while envisioning the future. “It’s a symphony of music,” Kurt explained. The site once fabricated 196 years of brewing, a period synonymous with Cockermouth, with expansion. The heritage likely includes its renowned_spaces. The Canfields are working on a restoration project, funded from the site’s proceeds and in addition to CMBC’s.
